Work plan of the methodological association of educators

Organization of methodological associations in kindergarten; methodological development on the topic

“Organization of the activities of methodological associations as one of the effective forms of work of preschool educational institutions”

Since preschool education has become the first stage of education, the task of educators has become many times more complicated and the responsibility has increased. The process of education itself has reached a new level; children need to be taught a lot, to develop basic skills and abilities that will remain with them for the rest of their lives. It is very difficult to cope alone, without any advice from a teacher. Therefore, willy-nilly, educators seize moments for meetings and conversations. It reminded us somewhat of a school teachers' lounge. After all, just like in school, kindergartens hold teacher councils, seminars, consultations and master classes. But at school there is a teachers’ room where teachers meet and can discuss common problems, children, consult with each other, ask for help or, on the contrary, help someone. But in kindergarten there are no teachers' lounges, but there are many topics for discussion. So, as I already said, the teachers seized the moments for such meetings. We noticed this and decided to systematize these meetings and introduce them into a methodological model of work.

A methodological association is a group of people who regularly communicate with each other in order to exchange experiences, develop knowledge and search for new ones. In our kindergarten this year, such associations began to operate in the following areas:

— method.association for teachers of early age groups,

— methodological association for teachers of younger and middle-aged groups,

— method.association for teachers of senior and preparatory age groups,

— method. Association of specialists: speech therapists and psychologists,

— method.association of physical education instructors,

— method.association of music directors.

Methodological associations of teachers are planned during the school year and are organically combined with their daily practice.

The main goal is to provide real, effective assistance to all members of the team, comprehensively improve the competence and professional skills of each teacher, develop and increase the creative potential of the teaching staff as a whole and, ultimately, improve the quality and efficiency of the educational process.

Objectives of the Methodological Association:

— exchange of practical experience in teaching activities;

— formation of core competencies necessary to create conditions

development of children in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Education;

— increasing the efficiency of teachers’ work in the conditions of the Federal State Educational Standard

BEFORE;

— broadcast and dissemination of experience in successful teaching activities;

— creating conditions for teachers to master innovative educational

technology;

— training of teacher-tutors;

— creating motivation among teachers for joint activities, strengthening

feelings of cohesion;

— development of trust between teachers, understanding and acceptance of individual

each other's features.

The forms of classes of the methodological association on parallels of age groups are of a productive nature: workshops, consultations, reports, discussions, open viewing of activities, master class, etc. Teachers are not passive listeners, but active figures, gaining experience in self-government.

Each methodological association has a leader, who is chosen by the members of the methodological association themselves. This is a teacher with extensive work experience and positive experience in practical teaching activities.

The head of the methodological association maintains the work plan. In the future, we will develop a unified form for planning the activities of methodological associations. It includes:

1. Title page

2.F.I.O. head of the methodological association, qualification category.

3.Composition of the methodological association.

4. Methodological topic for the academic year.

5. Mutual visits (date, location, result).

6. Organization of open viewings of teaching activities.

7. Plan of meetings of the methodological association by month.

Participants of each methodological association choose a common topic of work for the academic year. The topic is determined taking into account the age and individual characteristics of the students, the interests and capabilities of the teachers. In our kindergarten, this is the methodological theme of the year on modern educational technologies; The technologies used are selected taking into account the age and interests of the children. In the process of working on the topic, teachers receive practical recommendations on organizing educational activities in a group and have the opportunity to receive individual consultation.

Meetings of the methodological association are held at least once a month.

Approximate content of the work of methodological associations during the year:

- work on a general methodological topic,

— drawing up a work program,

— calendar and thematic planning of educational activities,

— planning activities in the main areas of interaction with

family,

— organization and results of pedagogical diagnostics,

— assistance in preparing for professional skills competitions,

— assistance in preparing for certification,

— preparation for the Pedagogical Council,

— planning joint educational and entertainment events,

- work on self-education,

— exchange of experience on organizing developmental subject-spatial

environment,

— exchange of experience on conducting security moments,

— exchange of experience on effective ways to organize a children's team,

— ways and directions of supporting children's initiatives.

We are still testing the effectiveness of methodological associations, but it has already become clear that they are needed. They are needed to connect teachers working in the same direction, with children of the same age; they are needed to exchange experiences and help each other in such a responsible matter as raising children. Any innovation is a change in what already exists or existed, so to speak, “the well-forgotten old.” So are the methodological associations in our kindergarten: we try, we learn, we strive.

Annual plan for the methodological association of teachers of MADOU

Good afternoon, dear colleagues. I have been working in a kindergarten for many years and am the head of a methodological association. Of course, you know that preschool children have many problems in all sections of the program. My colleagues and I conduct monitoring in educational areas, discussing which section is the most “problematic”. We are going to an introductory MO, thinking and discussing in what form it is more interesting to present this or that material so that the children find it interesting. We also discuss which of the teachers needs help and what kind of methodological association on this topic (consultations, selection of literature, display of GCD, etc.) During my “leadership” of the methodological association, the teachers and I considered various topics. This year we identified the problem of speech development in preschoolers and formulated the theme of methodological unification. It reads like this: “Modern approaches to organizing the speech development of preschool children in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for preschool education”
