The business game has found wide application in methodological work and course systems for advanced training. However, in the methodological work of preschool educational institutions it is used very rarely, since it requires a lot of preliminary preparation. Conducting a business game is a creative process. The use of business games in practice has a positive meaning. Such games help to activate teachers as much as possible to achieve their goals.

Business games are associated with the solution of pedagogical problems, where it is necessary to solve a specific situation, and require participants to take certain roles and choose a method of interaction.

Studying the problems of educational work in preschool educational institutions through business games helps both novice and experienced teachers to master the technology of conducting educational activities in sensitive moments. This method is valuable because it teaches the practical implementation of professional ethical standards and rules of conduct; this is a creative, free activity, which captivates its participants; a method of imitation (imitation, image, reflection), making decisions in various situations according to rules specified or chosen by the participants themselves. Business games are often called simulation management games. The very term “game” in various languages ​​corresponds to the concepts of joke, laughter, lightness and indicates the connection of this process with positive emotions, causes high activity of participants in solving real pedagogical problems, and allows one to connect theory with practice. It is advisable to conduct a business game with the entire teaching staff 1-2 times a year. In methodological work, the game is an auxiliary part of a unified system.

And we decided to put this method into practice at our preschool educational institution, since we employ young specialists. For the purpose of giving them the opportunity to open up and not feel constrained next to their mentors. And the teaching council - the business game was received very positively by our teachers. The theme of the teachers' council - the game "Cognitive-speech and emotional sphere in the teacher's speech" was chosen based on the most difficult area of ​​work for young teachers. We would like to present to you the scenario of a business game that we played in our preschool educational institution.

Teachers' Council - a business game

Topic: “Cognitive-speech and emotional sphere in the teacher’s speech”

Agenda:

  1. Message from the senior teacher on the results of viewing classes in the educational field “Communication” in all age groups on the topic: “Technology for developing pedagogical projects for the development of coherent speech in children and work on their implementation.”
  2. Review of scientific and methodological literature on monitoring speech development.
  3. Presentation of the creative innovative experience of preschool teachers.
  4. Business game “Cognitive-speech and emotional sphere in the teacher’s speech.”
  5. Workshop on cognitive and developmental didactic games made by educators.

Preliminary work:

  1. Mutual review of speech development classes in all age groups.
  2. Study of methodological literature and subscription publications on the development of cognitive abilities and coherent speech in children.
  3. Consultations on the production of educational and educational didactic games.
  4. Preparation for a business game: creating teams, name, emblems, motto.
  5. Preparation and production of attributes for the game.

Purpose of the game:

To reveal the creative abilities of teachers in the ability to convey the emotional state of an image in the process of playful communication.

Tasks:

  1. Promote open expression of emotions in various socially acceptable ways (verbal, physical, creative).
  2. To clarify teachers’ knowledge and competence in carrying out educational activities in the cognitive and speech development of children of primary and preschool age.
  3. Develop the ability to discuss and agree on proposed issues;
  4. The ability of teachers to comply with the rules of the culture of verbal communication and tactful behavior.

  • Cube with numbers (you can make a musical pause sign on one of the faces of the cube);
  • Balloons with question sheets inside.

Rules of the game:

  • Be able to listen to others;
  • Develop a common solution to the issue;
  • Take an active part in the game;
  • Do not challenge the jury's assessment;
  • Maintain proper speech culture and tact;
  • Adhere to the regulations.

Progress of the game:

Presentation of teams and jury members. The rules of the game are read out.

Presenter: The teams must complete the tasks within the allotted time. We follow the rules, 2 minutes are allotted for each task. At the end of the game, the jury sums up the results and determines the team - the winner and the best players of the team.

Team captains take turns throwing a cube with numbers, choosing a balloon with the dropped number (“popping” the balloon) and getting a question for their team.

  2. What primarily influences the formation of human personality? (upbringing, social and natural environment, heredity).
  3. What are the forms of interaction between family and preschool educational institution? (collective, individual, visual and informational).
  4. What should be included in the structure of direct educational activities to relieve mental and physical stress? (physical exercises: finger gymnastics, dynamic verbal exercises).
  5. How many educational areas and which ones does the content of the Federal State Educational Standards for Education Program cover? (communicative-personal, cognitive-speech, artistic-aesthetic, physical development).

1 task:

Read the tongue twister clearly, without hesitation, at a fast pace.

Task 3: Each team plays a game (with spectators) of an imitative and performing nature in an interesting and accessible form for children.

— Game “Masks” (guess who or what is depicted using leading questions).

III competition "Connoisseurs"

The host offers to choose a balloon with any number. The captains take out sheets of questions for the team.

  1. What are the main achievements in the speech development of older preschoolers?
  2. What are the main tasks of cognitive development?
  3. List the functions of speech of an older preschooler?
  4. What mental actions influence the development of visual-effective and visual-figurative thinking?

IV competition “Homework”

Presentation of educational and educational didactic games made by teachers of all age groups.

Musical pause.

The jury sums up the results. Not only the correctness of the answers is taken into account, but also the behavior of team members during the discussion, correctness, clarity, literacy and expressiveness of speech. The overall result is announced and souvenirs are awarded.

  1. To use in practice the creation of problematic situations during routine moments, joint and direct educational activities, to encourage students to activate mental activity and understand the world around them.
  2. All preschool teachers should submit their own developments of didactic games on speech development to the methodological office.
