Goal: formation of pedagogical competence in environmental education of preschool children.

Structure and content of the seminar-workshop.

Lesson No. 1

Topic – What is pedagogical technology in environmental education of preschool children?

Form - lecture - discussion

3 tasks:

​ introduce teachers to the concept of “technology of environmental education”

​ develop the regulatory and analytical component of pedagogical activity through analysis of the features of environmental education technology;

​ motivate to complete the practical task “Analysis of existing methodological literature on the subject of environmental education of preschool children”

Content:

1.​ Report “Technology of Environmental Education”

2.​ Discuss the features of environmental education technology

3.​ Analysis of methodological literature

Methods and techniques for working with teachers: brainstorming, analysis, comparison, study, situation modeling.

Lesson No. 2

Topic – Environmental education of preschool children

Form – work in creative groups

3 tasks:

​ expand teachers’ ideas about environmental education of preschoolers;

​ teach to identify the components of technology in each age group;

​ motivate the development of the creative component through the development of an environmental project

Content:

1. Raising problematic questions and analyzing situations

2.​ Work in a creative group

3. Making a decision on conducting environmental leisure activities

4.​ Homework: develop an environmental project “Winter” with a selection of environmental content of activities and the inclusion of various types of children's activities

Methods and techniques for working with teachers: analysis of methodological literature, analysis of problem situations, conversation, messages

Lesson No. 3

Topic – Environmental projects in preschool educational institutions

Form – “Kaleidoscope of Pedagogical Ideas”

3 tasks:

​ develop components of teachers’ activities;

​ improve skills in constructing and implementing the project method in the age group;

​ develop the ability to present your work experience;

Content:

​ Mutual analysis of environmental leisure from the point of view of cognitive orientation

​ Presentation of projects

Methods and techniques for working with teachers: analysis and generalization of one’s own experience, presentation of the project.
