City Day in kindergarten!

This work participates in the regional publication competition “Kindergarten: day by day.” The author's spelling and punctuation have been preserved!

Early in the morning I get up, go to kindergarten with my mother, and sing my song about my beloved city. The birds sing along with me, the sun is shining above, and I shout: “Good morning, the best city on earth!”

In honor of the celebration of the 432nd anniversary of the city of Tyumen, thematic events were held in kindergarten No. 146:

  • viewing photo slides “Sights of Tyumen” made it possible to take a virtual exciting tour of your favorite city;
  • in older age groups a quiz was held “I know my city, my beloved and dear”;
  • organized jointly with parents, the event “Drawings on the asphalt on the theme “I love Tyumen”;
  • a flash mob “Dance, Tyumen!” was held;
  • and as a result, on July 25, an entertainment festival dedicated to this significant event was held.

All groups took part in the festive event. The guys “walked” around the city with funny poems and songs, remembered the names of the streets where they live, named memorable places in the city where they laid flowers during excursions (Memory Square, Eternal Flame, Farewell monument), named places where love to be with their family: Tsvetnoy Boulevard, the embankment of the Tura River, the bridge of lovers, the puppet theater, the circus, the alley of cats, and as it should be on a birthday, they said a lot of warm words and wishes to our beloved city. During the event, a flash mob “Dance Tyumen!” was held.

Poems and songs about their hometown were sung, and exciting games were played. Thus, in the simulation game “Building a City,” the children were asked to build the city of their dreams. The children had great fun using soft modules to construct city objects - a kindergarten, theaters, a school, shopping and entertainment centers, etc. At the Children's Railway, Tsvetnoy Boulevard, and Stadium stations, no less exciting activities awaited the children.

Every happy person has his own favorite city. Most often, a favorite city or region is the place where a person was born, where his childhood passed, because it is with childhood that most people have the kindest and most touching memories. The events held in our kindergarten are aimed at strengthening children's comprehensive knowledge about their hometown, nurturing patriotic feelings, love and respect for it.

We love our city very much!
