The regulations on the competition “Best Teacher Website” of the MADOU PGO “Child Development Center – Kindergarten No. 70 “Rainbow”” establishes the procedure for organizing and conducting the competition.

Goal and objectives of the competition

The goal is to stimulate the work of preschool teachers’ websites as elements of a single educational and information space.

Tasks:

  • Activation of information and communication activities of preschool teachers;
  • increasing the openness of preschool teachers and developing dialogue between the teacher and the family;
  • formation of a positive public opinion about the profession of a preschool teacher;
  • approval of the priorities of preschool education in society;
  • development of creative initiative of teaching staff in the preschool education system;
  • promoting innovative experience and the use of information and communication technologies in the field of preschool education.
  1. Participants of the review-competition
    1. Participants:

Teachers of all age groups take part in the competition. As well as narrow specialists of preschool educational institutions: senior teacher; educational psychologist; teacher speech therapist; physical education instructor; music directors.

3.1. The competition is held from May 5, 2022 to May 28, 2021

Organization and conditions of the Competition
4.1. To participate in the Competition, links to the personal websites of preschool teachers are sent to the head’s email.

4.2. The choice of development tools and software is not limited.

4.3. Links to personal sites must be submitted no later than May 24, 2022.

5. Competition commission

5.1. The winners of the competition are determined by the competition commission, which includes the head, senior teacher, and teachers of the preschool educational institution.

5.2. The winners of the Competition are determined by total points in the following categories:

  • The best website for aspiring teachers with no more than 3 years of experience;
  • The best teacher website, websites of teachers with more than 3 years of experience and first qualification category are evaluated;
  • The best website for a teacher with the highest qualification category.

6. Determination of the winners of the Competition

6.1. The competition commission establishes the rating of competition participants according to the following criteria:

  • Content, practical significance:

— authorship of materials in various areas of teaching activity (from 0 to 3 points);

— orientation of the content of materials to various target categories of users (children, parents, teachers) (from 0 to 3 points);

— the content of materials is aimed at reflecting the main directions of children’s development in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Education (from 0 to 3 points);

— focus on interest, demand for materials for the professional community (from 0 to 3 points);

— practice-oriented, interactive nature of the materials (from 0 to 3 points);

— reflection of traditional values ​​of Russian society in materials (from 0 to 3 points);

— the presence of useful links to resources devoted to issues of preschool education (from 0 to 3 points);

  • Conceptuality and ergonomics:

— ensuring a clear structure for presenting materials and ease of navigation (from 0 to 3 points);

— accessibility of use, provision of “feedback” (from 0 to 3 points);

— visits to the site by teachers, parents, availability of reviews, comments, etc. (from 0 to 3 points);

- use of different forms of providing information (text, numerical, graphic, audio, video and other information) (from 0 to 3 points);

— regular updating of materials (from 0 to 3 points);

— absence of spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors (from 0 to 3 points).

The maximum number of points based on the assessment results is 39.

7. Summing up and awarding the winners.

7.1. The winner and prize-winners of the competition are determined by the competition commission in accordance with these Regulations.

7.2. The winner and prize-winners of the competition are awarded diplomas of I, II, III degrees.

7.3. All information about the results of the competition will be posted on the website of the Children's Development Center - Kindergarten No. 70 "Rainbow".
