The preschool institution and the family are called upon to lay the foundations of a healthy lifestyle at an early age, using various forms of interaction. It is in the family, in a children's educational institution at an early stage of development that a child should be helped to understand the enduring value of health, realize the purpose of his life, and encourage the child to independently form and maintain his health.
Promoting a healthy lifestyle is also the main means of influence through various stands, individual conversations, parent meetings, parent participation in Health Days and visits to direct educational activities by parents. Thus, parents are involved in the improvement of the child’s body not only within the walls of a preschool institution. A healthy future is a constant concern for the social, psychological and physical well-being of the child.

In our kindergarten, various kinds of events were held among pupils and their parents to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Parent meetings on the topic “The role of the family in the development of a healthy child.”
Memos, booklets, and brochures with recommendations for parents on promoting a healthy lifestyle have been prepared.
Information boards for parents in each group contain visual campaigning to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Activities were held with kindergarten students: direct educational activities, viewing presentations, thematic conversations, sports entertainment, theatrical activities, games to promote a healthy lifestyle.
In the younger group, direct educational activities on physical development were carried out using non-traditional physical education equipment “Strong Kids”.
Game activity: role-playing game “Hospital”, “Healthy vitamins”
In the senior group, organized educational activities on physical development were carried out on the topic “Travel to the Country of Health”.
