One of the priorities in working with children is ensuring the safety of their lives and health. The most productive and fruitful process of forming the foundations of life safety occurs through the solution of educational problems. Participation in the “Fun Traffic Light” competition gives children the opportunity to once again consolidate their knowledge of traffic rules, rules of safe behavior on the playground, at home, on a walk, on the water in an interesting way.

Children's club "TAIS", pre-school education institution in Omsk "Center for Creative Development and Humanitarian Education "Perspective" with the support of the Department of Education of the Omsk City Administration in the 2021-2022 academic year is holding the tenth All-Russian competition "Funny Traffic Light" for pupils of senior, preparatory groups of preschool educational organizations (hereinafter referred to as OO) and 1st grade students of general education institutions. In the 2020-2021 academic year, students from Omsk, 18 districts of the Omsk region and 24 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the competition. The theme of this year’s competition is “Road Rules and Environmental Safety.” The tasks consist of 2 parts. Part 1: block of tasks on traffic rules, part 2: tasks on environmental safety.

The competition tasks are printed on special paper in a bright printing design. The archive can be found in the “Task Archive” section.

The main goals of the competition are to assist educational organizations and parents in developing an algorithm for safe actions in children in various situations: on the street, at home, in the forest, near the water, in transport, at the zoo, etc.; ideas about situations that are dangerous for humans, encounters with strangers and unsafe objects.

Incentives for competition participants:

All documents are printed on colorful forms and sent by Russian Post to the OO. Additional funds are not collected for printing forms and sending award documents.

The registration fee for one participant is 130 rubles.

All interested students can participate in the competition without pre-selection. The minimum number of participants from a public organization is 10 people.
