Why do teachers need “Autumn” folders?
- Folders can be used as visual material for parents in kindergartens and children's centers (for example, a mobile folder can be located in the hallway of a kindergarten or in the locker room of a kindergarten group). This folder introduces parents to what educational games they can play with their child in the fall, what poems about autumn are intended for children of this age, and what to tell the child about in the fall.
- Folders can also be used as handouts for parents of preschool children on the topic “Autumn” at various family workshops and play libraries,
- The mobile folder can be printed as an A4 book, inserted into files (for this you need to purchase special folders with files) and get the book “Autumn” for the kindergarten group. This book can be passed from family to family and viewed in a group with children. It will serve you for a very long time!
Photo zone design
In the modern world, even for young children, a photo zone is an integral part. On September 1, parents often invite photographers, but simply photographing children in the moment is the right, but not an original, decision.
A photo zone is an excellent solution where each child can get an individual shot related to the current event.
The theme of the photo zone can be absolutely anything. We advise you to be sure to display in the decor the date or reason for the event, as well as the number of the educational institution.
How parents of preschool children can use the “Autumn” folder
Option 1: Print the folder. And use it as a book or as a cheat sheet throughout the day.
Examples of using a move about autumn: We print the folder onto separate A4 sheets. Then it is very convenient to use these sheets with children, choosing the desired sheet for today. You can always take one piece of paper with a poem on a walk with your baby. And during a walk, take it out, look at the picture with your child, and read a poem to the child from this piece of paper. A sheet of paper from a folder looks very aesthetically pleasing and is convenient to look at with your baby; it is light and does not take up much space like a book or album. Then you and your child can look at the nature around you and find signs of autumn - the same as in the picture or in the poem from the folder.
A valuable idea from the experience of mothers: Many parents hang sheets of folders on the refrigerator (changing them) or on a home magnetic board and look at them with their children. These sheets serve as a cheat sheet - a reminder of a poem or a fall game planned for today with your child.
Option 2. Mobile option for using a folder about autumn without printing the folder on a printer. This option appeared in my experience of working with parents many years ago, when mobile phones with camera functions first appeared. Very convenient, fast way. You just need to save the pictures from the “Autumn” folder to your mobile phone. During a walk, you can always open the desired photo and read a poem to your child, look at the picture and find a similar landscape in the park around your baby, or remember an idea for a game and immediately play it with your child.
Working with a group of children, I often made such development folders and noted that parents did not just read them (and this is often what happens: they read them and happily... forgot). On the contrary, almost everyone takes pictures of my materials on their mobile phones and then returns to them at home and saves them for themselves. This is very convenient - you will always have a folder about autumn with you and does not take up space. Therefore, I decided to share “Native Path” with all readers.
We made three folders - movements about autumn according to the ages of children: early age (up to 3 years), junior preschool age (3-4 years), senior preschool age (5-7 years).
Now I will show examples of pages from folders - movements about autumn and give links to download these pictures in full format for printing.

"Red spring has come." With this design you can organize a spring celebration. The vines attached to the ceiling are strips cut in a circle, and on the wall there are flowers and butterflies drawn and cut out by the children.
This is how you can decorate a group for Easter. Children will be happy to help you draw and cut out small details: flowers, Easter eggs. Great decoration for toddlers: large objects that you can touch with your hands and a fairy chicken - she brought Easter eggs.

Corrugated paper leaves
Corrugated paper is the most successful material for quickly making autumn leaves. The veins are already determined by the texture of the material itself.
During a creativity lesson at a preschool educational institution, preschool children can be asked to make an applique or collage out of them. Older children can make additional gluing to make the leaf as natural as possible - the effect will ensure multidirectional relief of the paper. In any case, templates will be required.
Making a leaf with hard veins:
- You need to cut out rhombuses from corrugated paper, then divide them into triangles. For maple you will need 10 parts.
- The parts are set aside from the center, turning the workpieces over, the veins are laid out in a herringbone pattern and glued together with an overlap of 2-3 mm.
- The maple leaf template must be applied so that the center of the gluing coincides with the axis of the veins. The outline is marked with a pencil, then the workpiece is cut out.
- Tightly rolled paper becomes a twig.
If you glue the twig carefully, the leaves will look good from all sides. They can be used to make garlands and volumetric compositions.
Folder - moving "Autumn": for parents of children 3-4 years old
Below in the folder description are examples of pictures in a compressed format. You can download the same pictures in full size and good resolution for free above in this article in the section “Download moving folders “Autumn”
The moving folder about autumn for children of primary preschool age includes the following sheets:
- Title,
— What does a 3-4 year old child know about autumn?
— Poems about autumn for children 3-4 years old: I. Bunin “Autumn”, K. Balmont “Autumn”, A. Koltsov “The winds are blowing”, M. Khodyakova “If the leaves on the trees turned yellow”, E. Trutneva “It suddenly became twice as bright”, A. Teslenko “Autumn”, A. Pleshcheev “Boring picture”, L. Razvodova “The rain of mischievous leaves swirled above me.”
— Educational games on an autumn walk with a 3-4 year old child: “Which branch are the children from?”, “Casts from nature”, “Drawing a herbarium from leaf prints”, “Find the same one”, “Developing the eye. Swing for a leaf", "Introducing a child to trees", "Leaf prints with colored pencils", "Riddle game: autumn trees"
— Autumn mathematics on a walk with a child: “How are they similar?”, “What is more?”, “Continue the pattern.”
— For little reasons: why is the hare white in winter and gray in summer? Experiment for children.
— Signs of autumn: pictures with the task for the child “Find the signs of autumn.” While discussing the top picture with your child, ask him why this is not summer? After all, it also rains in summer. Pay attention to the girl's warm clothes. If she dressed warmly, that means...? (it’s cold outside, but warm in summer). In the bottom picture, find signs of autumn (the harvest is ripe, the leaves are falling).
Beautiful summer design ideas for junior, nursery, middle and senior groups: photos, templates
Any themes from cartoons and fairy tales are suitable for summer group decoration. Insert palm trees, green grass and bright sunny colors into the landscape - here you have summer - warm and carefree. Photos and templates with beautiful summer design ideas for junior, nursery, middle and senior groups:
This wall design is suitable for children in the nursery and younger groups. Ask creative parents to draw animals and just sit them next to each other. Now we have the plot of our favorite cartoon. On the left in the picture is a whole life that “boils” in a big fairy-tale city.
Ordinary indoor flowers act as palm trees on the wall. The butterfly templates are below and the turtle template can be found below. Simple design, but very creative and original.
The marine theme is summer, sun, fish and sea. In such an interior, the child will seem to find himself in the middle of the ocean with its inhabitants and fauna.
Cartoon design for a nursery group. Summer theme, fairy-tale characters, cartoon plot - all this will appeal to any child from 1.5 years old. Naturally, either the teachers themselves or creative parents can paint the walls this way.
Creative design of a children's study corner. Multi-colored sun and frames with pictures - simple, but how eye-catching.
Here is a turtle template for the second interior design option. She will settle down perfectly on a hill, between palm trees, and will delight with her cheerful appearance. Just print it out on a color printer on paper of the desired size and stick it on the wall.
Maple leaf using origami technique
The maple leaf is the most popular plant element. It is made both quite realistic and simpler. The Japanese, who invented origami, believe that you can make anything from a simple square of paper - in this case, a maple leaf for decoration.
Tools, materials
To create a composition from origami leaves, you will need paper (white, colored) cut into squares. You also need a ruler (for ease of bending) and PVA glue. For decoration they use “gifts of nature”, beads, small stickers, watercolor or gouache paints, ground coffee, threads, pieces of fabric, felt, small buttons, doll eyes, etc.
Decoration
Ready-made origami is decorated in different ways - most often, veins and spots are drawn with a thin brush, and smooth transitions from color to color are created. It is permissible to color the squares in advance. If there are toy stamps, they are also used for decoration. You can grease the tips of the leaves with glue, then sprinkle with ground coffee, poppy seeds, lupine seeds, nail glitter, etc.
Sometimes funny faces are drawn on the leaves, cut out from old magazines, and hats, arms and legs, mustaches and beards are made. Products made from crumpled craft paper, newspaper, and sheet music look beautiful.
Crafts “Gifts of Golden Autumn” for an exhibition or competition
In my previous note, we have already considered many options for what you can make with your own hands from various types of materials, it can be natural, fruits, vegetables, and even waste. This time I will show you a few more options, which are also no less beautiful and attractive.
And perhaps I’ll start with a non-traditional, but a paper-plasticine miracle. Take cardboard and make blanks of maple and oak leaves. You will also need glue for ceiling tiles and a CD for the job.
Take plasticine of different colors in your hand and roll it into a ball.
Roll out with your hands, as if painting the surface of the leaves.
Glue the finished blanks onto the disk using glue.
Mask the middle with oak leaves and roll up the red rowan berries. This is such a cool masterpiece with an autumn theme.
Do you want to create something extraordinarily cool from real rowan berries? I propose to make a picture of rowan in the form of a squirrel. You need to draw the image of a squirrel on cardboard (from under a box, thick) and then cut it out.
Use decorative tape to connect the edges of two cardboards. Or glue with regular PVA. And then fill the image of the animal with berries. It looks original and beautiful! She's a charmer, isn't she?
The next craft is a flower vase, you can make it yourself. Take any glass container and wrap it with woolen thread or twine. When doing this, first paint the jar with glue. You can see the stages of work below in this figure:
Now prepare the bouquet and place it in a vase. And a gift or souvenir for the exhibition will be ready. Good luck!
Now make a funny little guy in the shape of a sun. Cut out a circle from colored paper, glue eyes, mouth, and nose onto it. Or you can draw all these details with a marker.
Then cover the diameter of the circle with dry leaves.
Also, in order to comfortably hold the sun with your hands, glue a stick. Or then stick it in a glass, which you can also build yourself.
With preschool children in the park, collect dry leaves and then invite them to decorate them with felt-tip pens, or better yet, with acrylic paints.
It turns out to be quite wonderful and cool, you won’t be able to take your eyes off it!
You can go the other way and make a cool bouquet. I remember that I haven’t shown you anything like this before. But, I repeat.
You can give this to your mother, grandmother, or your favorite teacher.
for the new year
Making Christmas garlands is fun and exciting! To make a beautiful and original garland you will need small candle lamps, narrow tinsel and a couple of jars of paint - special for glass or regular acrylic. The light bulbs are dipped one at a time in paint and dried on a cardboard stand (the bases can be wrapped in cling film to prevent them from getting dirty). Then the light bulbs are glued to the tinsel in a chaotic manner, and the unusual Christmas tree garland is ready!
Making another Christmas tree garland is also not too difficult - the main thing is to stock up on a template. For printing, you can use colored paper at once, or you can make one general template and copy it onto paper of any color. Printed or redrawn templates must be cut as shown in the diagram and strung on bright twine.
Printable template (click on image to enlarge):
A garland made of felt balls looks very cozy and very Christmas-like. You can do it together with your child - you just need help. In order to make such an interior decoration, you will need felt balls. No, not even that - A LOT of felt balls.
Making them is quite simple - take some wool for felting in your palm, wet it under the tap, and then lightly roll it into a ball. Add foam or soap and continue rolling. When the ball starts to form, you need to apply a little effort.
If the wool is acting up, try changing the water temperature several times - after a couple of changes from cold to hot water and back, the fibers begin to fall off. The future ball must be thoroughly rinsed from soap. The ball is ready when it becomes hard.
Make a lot of these balls - they can be the same color (then it is better to take a contrasting thread for stringing) or different shades, and then just string them on a thread and a needle, and your cozy winter decor is ready. By the way, you can decorate a Christmas wreath on a door or a New Year tree with these balls.
