Preschool age is decisive in the formation of the foundation of physical and mental health. It is during this period that intensive development of organs and the formation of functional systems of the body are observed, the main personality traits are laid, character and attitude towards oneself and others are formed. The importance of developing in children a certain knowledge base and practical skills for a healthy lifestyle, as well as a conscious need for systematic physical education and sports, is also obvious.

Raising a physically healthy child has become the main core in the educational process of a preschool institution. The current socio-economic situation has led to a sharp deterioration in the health of the Russian population, mainly children. Solving the problems of physical education and development of children, reducing their morbidity can only be achieved through the joint efforts of teachers, medical workers and parents.

According to the Research Institute of Social Hygiene and Health Organization in Russia, only about 40% of children can be considered conditionally healthy. Therefore, improving health and nurturing the need for a healthy lifestyle are urgent tasks facing society.

In this regard, the teacher of the second junior group “Tumblers” developed the “Journey to the Land of Health” program for 2016-2017 for children from 3-4 years old, aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of children, developing in them the motivational foundations of a healthy lifestyle .

The goal of this project is to create a unified health-saving space and develop healthy lifestyle skills among children of primary preschool age.

The main objectives of health-improving activities:

  1. Formation of primary ideas about health and a healthy lifestyle in children.
  2. Organization of conditions for the development in children of cognitive interest in their body and its capabilities.
  3. Developing a caring and caring attitude towards your own health and the health of others.
  4. Increasing the pedagogical competence of teachers and parents in matters of healthy lifestyle, enhancing the role of parents in creating a healthy lifestyle.

Project implementation period: September 2016 - May 2017.

By the end of this project we plan to achieve the following results:

For children:

1) Developed healthy lifestyle skills.

2) Proper physical development of the child’s body, increasing its resistance to infections.

3) The formation of a hygienic culture, the presence of a need for a healthy lifestyle and the possibilities of providing it.

4) Creation of a system of health-preserving activities, taking into account the needs, resources, and conditions of the kindergarten.

For parents:

1) Increasing the competence of parents in matters of physical development and health.

2) Active participation of parents in the life of the preschool educational institution.

For teachers:

1) High-quality mastery by teachers of innovative technologies for physical education and health improvement of children.

2) Improving the professional level of teachers.

PROJECT PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

Each month of the project is represented by a specific topic (station), which traces the integration of the activities of all participants in the educational process. It is important that children, parents, and teachers have a positive attitude towards the events of each month, become infected with the idea and realize the importance of joint activities.

System of work on improving the health of children in the younger group

Taking care of health is the important work of a teacher. Their spiritual life, worldview, mental development, strength of knowledge, and self-confidence depend on the cheerfulness and vigor of children

Since preschool age is the most important stage in the formation of a child’s health, when working with children of the younger group I use a variety of health-saving technologies. The system of health-saving technologies in working with children includes physical education and recreational activities . — Morning exercises every day with pre-ventilation of the room — Promotes the formation of rhythmic skills, allows you to give children a good boost of energy, increases blood circulation, promotes metabolism, helps develop correct posture.

To prevent diseases in my group, I conduct health-improving , well known to everyone, after a nap.

— Walking on massage mats, play massage, help improve children’s , increase muscle tone, and also help prevent posture and foot disorders.

— Outdoor games with physical exercises are carried out daily.

Playing at an early age helps:

1) provide emotional release, relieve accumulated nervous tension;

2) master group rules of behavior ;

3) establish contact between adults and children 4) develop dexterity and coordination of movements;

During directly organized educational activities, physical education sessions are held with children:

Finger gymnastics trains fine motor skills, stimulates speech, attention, imagination, blood circulation, and reaction speed;

- Breathing exercises.

Develops the child’s still imperfect respiratory system , strengthens the body’s defenses with the help of exercises such as “Blowing up a balloon”

and others.

• Gymnastics for the eyes is carried out daily for 3-5 minutes. at any free time, depending on the intensity of the visual load, helps relieve static tension in the eye muscles and blood circulation. During its implementation, visual material and a demonstration by the teacher are used.

- Self-massage.

This exercise is not just a physical impact on the child’s body, but also a means of relieving psychological stress during the day. Self-massage is the basis for hardening and healing the child's body and nervous system ;

— Rhythmoplasty.

It is a musical-rhythmic psychotraining that develops a child’s attention, will, memory, mobility and flexibility of thought processes, develops musicality, emotionality, creative imagination, fantasy, the ability to improvise in movement to music, a sense of free and conscious control of the body.

The basis of rhythmoplasty is made up of simple, but at the same time varied movements (dance, imitation, general developmental, etc., which allow expressing emotional states, plots, images of different nature;

- Relaxation.

Deep muscle relaxation, accompanied by the release of mental tension;

The main goal of my work with children is to maintain and strengthen their health, to form the habit of a healthy lifestyle.
