    The article is devoted to describing the experience of implementing health-saving pedagogical technologies in the preparatory group of a kindergarten. It has been proven that the effectiveness of health-saving pedagogical technologies is ensured by a systematic process of activity, when the result is continuously monitored and its results provide grounds for correction in the pedagogical process. A model for the implementation of pedagogical health-saving technologies has been developed and its effectiveness has been proven.

    Introduction. The relevance of health-saving pedagogical technologies is justified by the fact that in the modern world, when the digital transformation of education is being implemented at all levels of educational organizations, the comprehensive development of children is impossible without the use of technologies that preserve their physical, mental, psychological, social and moral health.

    Currently, an innovative movement in the field of children's health education is gaining momentum. One of the directions for improving the educational process in preschool educational organizations is the transition to creating a health-preserving environment.

    E. N. Kazakova notes that a health-preserving environment should combine pedagogical and psychological approaches [2].

    Publications related to the research topic were also examined. In our research, we relied on the works of I. A. Arshavsky, G. A. Kuraev, V. A. Petrovsky, V. D. Semenov, S. K. Sergeev, A. S. Fetisov and others.

    HA Kamenskaya, NH Makarov, V. S. Martynyuk, I. S. Yakimanskaya, and others paid attention to the design of a health-preserving environment.

    V. S. Martynyuk defined conceptual approaches to improving the health of preschool children in preschool educational institutions in a health-preserving environment. The scientist considers systemic, personal, activity-based, environmental, and conceptual approaches to be priorities, allowing for the formation of a culture of health among preschool children and the creation of a motivational and value-based basis for preserving health [3].

    M. N. Dedulevich, V. A. Shishkina give a qualification description of a preschool teacher, which includes personal qualities: understanding the value of one’s own health, searching for new ways to improve one’s health; healthy lifestyle skills, etc., which is a necessary condition for the formation of a health-saving culture among preschool children [1].

    The study of scientific sources on the research problem made it possible to formulate a goal - the use of effective health-saving pedagogical technologies in the preparatory group of a kindergarten as a condition for the formation of a culture of health.

    Objectives: development of a model of health-saving pedagogical technologies in the preparatory group of a kindergarten; selection and testing of effective health-saving pedagogical technologies; take into account the psychological aspect in the framework of maintaining psychological health.

    Research methods and subjects

    The study took place at the MBDOU “Child Development Center - Kindergarten No. 162” in Voronezh. Preschoolers from the preparatory group took part. The research method was the technologies implemented in the model and analysis of its effectiveness. The study is currently ongoing, and the data obtained are the result of monitoring.

    The structure of the model of health-saving pedagogical technologies in the preparatory group of a kindergarten is as follows. It begins with a description of health-saving pedagogical technologies: Organizational and pedagogical technologies; medical and health technologies; socially adaptive technologies; educational technologies; psychological and pedagogical technologies. Then they go into a description of the main pedagogical, psychological, social forms and specifics of health-saving technologies. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account innovative developments [1] of socio-pedagogical science and practice in creating a culture of health in preschool children. To this we include the content of the components of health-saving pedagogical technologies, which turns into the integrated use of pedagogical health-saving technologies in the preparatory group of the MBDOU “CRR - kindergarten No. 162”. The result of the integrated use of the described technologies is: the development of healthy lifestyle skills; prevention and prevention of diseases (meaning, prevention of psychological ill-being, prevention of somatic and mental health disorders).

    The content of the components of health-saving pedagogical technologies is selected for implementation in activities with preschoolers of the preparatory group, taking into account the fundamentals of the theory and methodology of pedagogy and health-saving education of preschoolers.

    Based on experimental methods of work, possible changes and correlations of work on preschoolers’ health are carried out.

    During the study, a system was developed to evaluate the effectiveness of the model of health-saving pedagogical technologies in the preparatory group of a kindergarten. The following criteria were taken into account: medical and preventive (number of days missed due to illness); emotional-volitional sphere; educational and health component; physical education and health.

    As a result of the analysis, the following results were obtained: we obtained positive dynamics in the use of health-saving technologies in the preparatory group. All indicators for each criterion indicate that the developed model is effective and can be used in an adapted form in any kindergarten group.

    Thus, the study proved that the use of health-saving pedagogical technologies in preschool educational institutions will be effective if the principles of continuity, consistency, and a person-centered approach to the child are followed. One of the main requirements for the use of health-saving pedagogical technologies is the condition for creating an individual trajectory for each child in accordance with the indicators of his individual health.

    on health protection in preschool educational institutions according to the Federal State Educational Standard

    One of the activities of the kindergarten is physical education and health work, using health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions according to the Federal State Educational Standard.

    The meaning of health-saving technologies.

    Health-saving technologies are a type of modern innovative technologies aimed at the health of all participants in the educational process in preschool educational institutions. The use of such technologies has a two-way focus:

    formation of the foundations of valeological culture among preschoolers, i.e. teach them to take care of their health independently; educational process in kindergarten without negative impact on children's health.

    Technologies according to the Federal State Educational Standard in preschool educational institutions combine well with traditional methods in pedagogy.

    The use of such technologies solves a number of problems:

    -laying the foundation of good physical health;

    -increasing the level of mental and social health of pupils;

    -carrying out preventive health work;

    -familiarization of preschoolers with the principles of maintaining a healthy lifestyle;

    -motivating children for a healthy lifestyle;

    -formation of useful habits;

    - formation of valeological skills;

    -formation of a conscious need for regular physical education;

    - fostering a value-based attitude towards one’s health.

    An integrated approach to protecting and improving the health of children in preschool educational institutions, various types of technologies are used:

    - physical education and recreation (sports events, outdoor games,

    - valeology classes, organization of walks, hardening procedures,)

    preventive (monitoring the health status of children, conducting medical examinations, anti-epidemiological work, sanitary and hygienic work, quality control of catering, organization of specialized correctional groups);

    - valueological education of teachers (expanding knowledge about the age and psychological characteristics of preschool children, familiarizing educators with innovative technologies and their implementation);

    - valeological education of parents (teach parents how to interact with children to form a valeological culture in them, motivate parents to lead a healthy lifestyle);

    - health-saving education for children (formation of valeological knowledge and skills).

    When implementing all types of health-saving technologies, it is possible to achieve the interaction of the main factors influencing the health of preschool children.

    Physical education minutes

    The simplest and most common type of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions are physical education minutes.

    Physical education is an integral process in every preschool and school institution. This activity allows children to relax physically and relieve psychological stress. There are specific warm-up exercises for each age group.

    So, what kind of physical education sessions can be conducted for children in kindergarten.

    The purpose of physical education minutes is to: prevent fatigue; changing the type of activity; relieving muscle, nervous and brain tension; activation of blood circulation; activation of thinking; increasing children's interest in the course of the lesson;

    creating a positive emotional background.

    Most physical education sessions are accompanied by a poetic text or performed to music.

    Dynamic pauses last 1-2 minutes. All children are involved in physical education activities. This does not require sportswear or equipment. The time for the exercise is chosen arbitrarily depending on the degree of fatigue of the children. A physical education session may include individual elements of other health-saving technologies.

    Breathing exercises

    Breathing exercises are a breathing exercise that is used in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases and is part of a complex of corrective work to strengthen the general health of the child. From the experience of preschool teachers, breathing exercises are a popular type of health-saving technology. Using breathing exercises helps: improve the functioning of internal organs;

    activate cerebral circulation, increase oxygen saturation of the body;

    prevent respiratory diseases; restore peace of mind, calm down; develop speech breathing.

    During breathing exercises, the following rules must be observed. It is recommended to carry it out in a well-ventilated room and before eating. Such exercises should be daily and last 3-6 minutes. Pay special attention to the nature of the inhalations and exhalations made. Teach children to inhale through the nose (inhalations should be short and light) and exhale through the mouth (exhalation should be long). The main thing for breathing exercises is holding your breath. This is important for the development of speech breathing, so that the body muscles do not tense and the shoulders do not move.

    Finger gymnastics

    Finger gymnastics is the theatricalization of poems or stories using the fingers. Finger games are finger gymnastics exercises. Finger gymnastics is a type of technology that is used to develop fine motor skills of the hands and to solve problems with speech development in children. In addition, such gymnastics promotes the development of: tactile sensations; coordination of movements of fingers and hands; creative abilities of preschool children.

    During finger gymnastics, children make active and passive movements with their fingers. The following types of exercises are used: actions with objects or materials; finger games.

    It is recommended to do finger exercises daily. It must be remembered that each session of finger gymnastics should end with relaxation exercises. Such classes can be carried out collectively, in groups or individually with each child.

    Gymnastics for the eyes

    Health-saving technology in preschool educational institutions is necessary for: relieving tension;

    fatigue prevention; eye muscle training; strengthening the ocular apparatus.

    To perform such gymnastics, 2-4 minutes are enough. The main rule of this gymnastics is that only the eyes should move, and the head remains motionless (except for cases where head tilts are provided). All exercises must be done standing.

    Psycho-gymnastics.

    An innovative health-saving technology is psycho-gymnastics, which is used in kindergarten to strengthen mental health.

    The purpose of psycho-gymnastics is the following: normalization of the condition in children with neuroses or neuropsychic disorders; conducting psychophysical relaxation; development of cognitive mental processes; correction of deviations in behavior or character. Psychogymnastics is a course of 20 special classes, which are conducted in a playful way. They are organized twice a week and last from 25 to 90 minutes. Each lesson consists of four stages, which involve acting out: sketches using facial expressions and pantomime; sketches to depict emotions or character traits; sketches with a psychotherapeutic orientation.

    The session ends with psychomuscular training. During the lesson, there is a “minute of mischief”, when children can perform any actions they want.

    Rhythmoplasty

    Rhythmoplasty is an innovative method of working with children of a healing nature. The purpose of rhythmoplasty: replenishment of the “motor deficit”;

    development of the motor sphere of children; strengthening the muscle corset; improvement of cognitive processes; formation of aesthetic concepts.

    Rhythmoplasty is organized in the form of special music classes. Physical exercises should be performed at a slow pace with a wide amplitude. These classes should be done twice a week for 30 minutes each. It is recommended to do rhythmoplasty no earlier than half an hour after eating.

    Play therapy

    The Federal State Educational Standard states that the leading activity for preschoolers is play. Therefore, play therapy should be a mandatory type of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions. This technology involves involving children in participating in a variety of games, during which they will have the opportunity to: show emotions, experiences, and imagination; express yourself; relieve psycho-emotional stress;

    get rid of fears; become more confident in yourself.

    Play therapy is considered an excellent tool for combating childhood neuroses.

    Aromatherapy

    Aromatherapy

    Involves use in a room where children are. They can engage in any type of activity and at the same time inhale aromatic vapors. Thus, the following occurs: an improvement in the well-being and mood of children; prevention of colds; solving sleep problems.

    The meaning of such technologies comes from their names. The ultimate goal of using technology in preschool educational institutions according to the Federal State Educational Standard is to preserve the health of children and increase the effectiveness of the educational process. Healthy children should become good students and successful individuals.
