Traveling to different countries of the world

Goal: to consolidate children's knowledge about holidays and traditions in the countries of China, Brazil and Italy. Learn to memorize historical data; consolidate the holiday repertoire; cultivate collectivism and the desire to please children with their performances; maintain the emotional mood associated with national holidays.

Progress of the event

Presenter. Good afternoon guys! Today I want to invite you on a trip to different countries. Do you like to travel? Please tell me what people travel on? Today we will go in a hot air balloon. I invite you to actively participate in it. Because for every correct answer, we will award a token. At the end of our evening, points will be counted and prizes will be awarded according to their number. But first of all, let's friends take with us what we need for the trip.

Game moment "Suitcase".

Everyone stays in a circle. The first one says: “I’m flying to a desert island and I’ll take binoculars with me.” The next person repeats the phrase, adding his item to the suitcase. The third one needs to list everything and name his option. Whoever “did not bring the suitcase” (did not remember the sequence) is eliminated from the game. Okay, guys, we took what we need when traveling.

All those present inflate the balloons and, to the music, begin to throw the balloons upward. It is necessary so that the ball does not fall down, when the music stops, we stop throwing the balls.

Presenter. Guys, we have arrived in China, and I want to introduce you to this country. (Chinese music plays)

We found ourselves in the capital of China - the city of Beijing. (Photo - Beijing presentation). This is a large modern city, there are many beautiful buildings and skyscrapers. There is such a beautiful stadium. There are also ancient buildings there. The Great Wall of China runs not far from Beijing (photo). It was built many centuries ago. The Chinese began building a wall in order to protect their country from the attack of the Huns. For a long time there was such a militant people who often attacked China, ravaged cities and villages. The Great Wall of China protected the country and stretched across China for almost 9,000 km. That's how long it is. And this is what the Chinese flag and national costume look like (photo).

Our journey continues.

Next stop "Plant"

- Children, you know that the Chinese love Panda very much. And she became the National Symbol of China. It is listed in the Red Book, so reserves are created for pandas. And the panda’s main delicacy is bamboo (photo).

- Look how tall and handsome he is.

- What do you think, is this a tree or grass?

- In fact, this is the tallest grass in the world. Pandas' favorite food - bamboo - grows so quickly that it can grow to this size in a day (shown with a tape measure 90 cm). Pandas eat huge amounts of bamboo.

Game "Dance with fans"

Presenter. But dancing with a fan is the hallmark of Chinese dance art. The fan is also used in oriental dances, for example, in Taijiquan (or “purple butterfly dance”). Skilled dancers sometimes wield their fans so daringly that you are amazed. You are given a unique opportunity to feel like real Chinese dancers.

The participant in the dance game must use a fan to hold a feather in the air, who will dance the longest.

Presenter. Everyone excelled in this competition. But you not only need to hold the feather in the air longer, but also dance.

Well, let's fly further. To the music, they begin to throw the balls up, the music stops, and the children stop throwing the balls.

We found ourselves in the country of Brazil. (Photo – presentation)

The capital of Brazil is the city of Brasilia . The most famous city in Brazil is Rio de Janeiro . In Brazil they speak Portuguese. "Ola" means hello, let's greet each other in Portuguese (Ola).

Guys, do you want to know something else about the country of Brazil ?

Brazil is a very rich country, and what is it rich with, some clues will help us find out. And the first hint:

  1. There is one extra item in this box. Find it (cones, chestnuts, pebbles, leaves in the box).

Look, there are a lot of forests in Brazil . The dense, humid equatorial evergreen forests of Brazil are called selva .

Brazil ranks first in the world in timber reserves (Photo).

  1. Guys, to continue getting acquainted with Brazil , you need to find 8 pieces of paper in the room and there will be another hint on them. On these pieces of paper the letter from the name of the longest river in the world is encrypted. Color the sheet and use the resulting letters to form a word (arrange the sheets of paper by number in ascending order).

(learn the name of the river AMAZON”)

across the entire territory of Brazil .

There is a pink dolphin here. (Photo - presentation).

Dolphins love to fish, so we will fish. One of them has the following clue.

  1. Guess the riddle

They jump through the trees deftly,

They're making faces, they're cheats!

They love to eat bananas

Who is this?

(Monkey)

Brazil is a country of wild monkeys! About 77 species of monkeys live here.

“Let us “turn” into monkeys today. Monkeys are best at imitating and imitating something.”

  • Depict the gait of a person moving on a slippery road.
  • Sit down several times, holding your ears with your hands.
  • Portray an athlete so that others can guess the sport.
  • Jump on one leg, actively wave your arms and seriously shout: “I am a butterfly!”
  1. All the monkeys are jumping on the vines. We also have vines - these are ropes. Wrap these strings around a pencil and find out the next clue (there is a note in the box - gold).

In the first time after the discovery of Brazil , seekers of gold and precious stones flocked here.

Find 8 nuggets in the sandbox, the largest one hides a clue (foil nuggets of different sizes, nuts).

Delicious Brazil nuts grow in

In the nut with the smallest answer you will find a clue. (In Kinder Surprises there are examples of subtraction). The light nut contains coffee beans.

Brazil is the world leader in coffee production (photo). We are used to drinking ground coffee rather than grain coffee.

This ground coffee will show us the next clue. (On a piece of paper, write the word FOOTBALL with glue and pencil). Pour coffee onto a sheet, brush off the excess and read what happens.

Above the city of Rio de Janeiro stands the world famous statue of Christ the Redeemer. This statue is considered a symbol not only of the city of Rio de Janeiro, but also of Brazil as a whole .

The envelopes contain a cut-out picture of this statue, collect it and find out the next clue.

  1. (Carnival)

Every year at the end of February, Brazil hosts the famous Brazilian Carnival - 4 days of non-stop fun, costume processions and dancing. Carnival in Rio de Janeiro is the noisiest, brightest and most cheerful holiday on the planet.

Dance "Lambada".

This is where our acquaintance with the country of Brazil . I want to thank you in Portuguese “Ubrigada” - thank you and say “Chow” to you - bye.

We flew on. The country is Italy. (Photo - presentation). A dream country for any connoisseur of beauty. It is here that the most picturesque mountains (Apennines and Alps), the best beaches (the length of the sea coast is 8000 km) and the most beautiful cities are located.

Italy is washed by five seas, this wonderful country is an ideal vacation spot. It was in Italy that the Renaissance began, serving as a bridge from antiquity to modernity. Italy is the cradle of European culture, the birthplace of great directors, brilliant writers and unsurpassed artists. Everyone probably knows the Italian composer, the wonderful violinist Nicolo Paganini, the wonderful Italian singer Robertino Loretti, the best violin makers lived in Italy. Their names are N. Amati, A. Guarneri, A. Stradivari. They passed on the secrets of their craft only to their students. There are many cities in Italy with their famous landmarks. The capital of Italy is Rome. One of the symbols of the city is the Colosseum. Inhuman gladiatorial games have not been held here for a long time, but the number of people thirsting for the spectacle does not decrease.

Venice is a place with a dubious future, but a stunning present. A city gradually sinking under water. Venice is also home to one of the most beautiful squares in the world - St. Mark's Square. It is in Piazza San Marco that the most famous Italian carnival takes place. Venice loves noisy celebrations!

Don't forget about the excellent Italian cuisine, which, thanks to pasta and pizza, has become famous all over the world.

Game moment "Pizza"

Each player is assigned the name of an ingredient in the pizza: dough, tomato, cheese, sausage, pepper, onion, and always several “inedible” ingredients: dirt, stone, sand.

According to the leader’s count: “one-two-three,” the children must quickly stand one after another to form a pizza. In this case, it is necessary that the dough must be “down” (in the middle of the circle), and the remaining edible ingredients must fit so tightly to each other so as not to miss the inedible ones.

Leading. Italy is a land of wonder and diversity, the birthplace of fashion, modern cinema and classical art. Once you visit this country, you will want to return there again and again. Children, do you know what this is?

That's right, it's a mask. Why do people wear a mask?

Children. Masks are put on the head, on the face, so as not to recognize the person. And then he turns into the hero depicted on the mask.

The mask is an ancient human invention. Masks were invented by sorcerers and shamans to scare away “evil spirits.” Centuries passed, and people began to make masks for fun. A mask like mine is called “Venetian”. In the ancient Italian city of Venice, cheerful street processions were often held. At the holiday, people wanted to look very beautiful and look like princes and princesses. And so that their neighbors would not recognize them, they decorated their faces with masks like this. The streets of the city and the boats that sailed along the narrow water canals of Venice were decorated with burning torches and colorful lanterns. Songs and dances did not stop in the streets until the morning. Traditional musical instruments in Italy are castanets, tambourines and maracas (I am showing an exhibition of musical instruments).

I propose to organize a Carnival today! This is the name of the festival of masks and bright costumes. We choose our own mask costumes.

Introduction to Italian folk dance.

The most common dance in Italy is the Tarantella. According to one version, the dance owes its name to the southern Italian city of Taranto. The tarantella is performed at a fast tempo and is accompanied by guitar playing, tambourine strumming, and sometimes singing. Not a single holiday in Italy is complete without tarantella. Now we will listen to “Neapolitan Tarantella” by D. Rossini. We mark the strong beat by clapping our hands, imitating the blow of a tambourine.

Performing the Tarantella dance with children.

Did you like it in Italy?

And now we return back to Russia.

What countries did we visit?

What new did you learn?

I would like to share my holiday scenario, invented on the basis of materials from “Solnyshka”. This is the sixth birthday of my son Alexander. The script is suitable with minor adjustments for ages 4-7 years. It is desirable, of course, that the children be close in age, and that the very young ones are under the control of their mothers and do not distract the others too much. We had a mixed group of 4-6 years old and mostly girls, the boys were small. There were 8 children in total. Everyone knew in advance that the birthday would be a nautical one, so everyone was asked to come in “nautical” clothes. But, of course, no one except my son had any idea what awaited them. The point, in fact, is that my child is overly impressionable and has great difficulty enduring noisy, crowded companies. Therefore, knowing that the child would not be able to withstand the holiday itself emotionally, although he was looking forward to it with all his heart, I tried to shift the emphasis, and instead of a bunch of surprises on one day, we had the long joy of waiting for the birthday with joint preparation and decoration of the house. For more than a week, he and I drew something together, cut it out, hung it up, etc. Both me and the child had a lot of fun. The surprise effect, of course, disappears, but there is a long anticipation of the holiday.

The main idea of the holiday is a journey through magical islands. To do this, we decorated each room in a special way, preparing colorful signs with the names of the islands (my son really likes to read all sorts of inscriptions): Flower Island Island of Rainbow Balls Island of Ghosts Island of Lost and Found Island of Fun Island of Palm Island

And most importantly, we built a ship in which we could travel. It normally accommodated 5-7 people. Like this:

In general, it would be possible to do without a ship and use an imaginary one, but it would be much more effective. We built it from a large box and noodles - such soft poles for swimming in the pool, I don’t even know what they are called. We made an anchor with a chain, a steering wheel, a pipe, flags on the mast from cardboard, everything as it should be. The captain “puts” the box on his shoulders, hands through the windows to turn the wheel, the rest hold the ship by the sides, and that’s how everything moves. It was a little difficult on the turns, but it was good. There was only one captain - the birthday boy, but everyone took turns at the helmsman. The captain went through an accelerated special course with the help of his mother and the film about Captain Vrungel, so commands like “Hand over the anchor!” Don't panic! gave confidently.

We had one room as a wardroom, where we have a collection of nautical things, ships, etc. We added garlands of nautical flags there, which we made ourselves. It turned out exactly what we needed. That's where it all started...

The actual script.

Initially, 12 people were invited, but 8 came, and that was enough for me. Although everyone was asked not to be late, the arrival of the guests was still delayed. We assumed this, so until everyone had gathered, the children put together sea pictures, cut into pieces (like a puzzle) and colored them. Finally everyone gathered.

The children were seated on the sofa and announced that today we have a birthday boy, and he invites everyone to a sea birthday. First, the birthday boy was congratulated, given gifts, and then he invited the guests to eat the cake, but not just like that, but to sail to him on a ship. Here the children were shown the ship, which had previously been hidden in a closed room. Everyone was delighted. But it was impossible to board the ship right away, because... first you had to learn to be a sailor. We talked a little about what types of ships there are, what parts they have, what positions they have. Then the positions were distributed: the birthday boy was a captain (he received a captain’s cap), and the rest were sailors, mates, cabin boys, cooks, etc. After that there was a sailor dance “Apple” (I found the melody on the Internet), I showed the movements, and everyone repeated after me. Marine and Russian folk movements: scrubbing the deck, turning the wheel, looking through binoculars, “climbing” a rope, pulling nets, etc. After that, everyone was recognized as real sailors and were ready to set off.

And here we are sailing! The sailors were equipped with binoculars, a compass, flashlights, in general, so that everyone would be at work. And then a bottle was seen floating in the middle of the sea. You need to catch her, because bottles often contain notes, for example, from shipwrecked people! They took out the note, and there was actually a letter:

Dear travelers! Evil pirates stole your cake and hid it on Treasure Island. The map of the island is guarded by a pirate parrot. He will give the map to whoever brings 11 gold coins scattered around the islands.

What do we do?
You'll have to go on a difficult and dangerous journey in search of gold coins! And we set off to the islands. Then we were faced with various competitions and tasks, which always resulted in a coin. Each coin had a letter glued on it, and eventually the letters were supposed to form a word. We had the word “travel”, so 11 coins, but you can easily reduce their number by choosing a shorter word, it all depends on the composition and age of the company.

The first was Flower Island

.
It was a children's room. There I collected all the flowers from the house and hung Hawaiian flower garlands - it turned out very colorful. Garlands and hairpins with flowers were then worn by everyone, including mothers. Everyone was beautiful. Although there were more girls, the boys also enjoyed wearing flower beads. There, among the flowers, 1 coin was found. To celebrate, everyone danced cheerful tropical dances (like “Chunga-Changa”). For dancing, we also had these beautiful multi-colored things in stock: These are crepe ribbons glued to a stick.
These were our fire torches. They are easy to make and turn out very elegant. While the dancing was going on, I quickly prepared the next island in another room. The idea was to eat there and look for something edible. So, I “planted” this edible. These were mushrooms, shells, cucumbers, tomatoes and fish. It was impossible to post it right away, because the children immediately notice it and rush to collect it without waiting for an invitation.

Palm Island

- this is the main area, a large room and an entrance hall.
We stretched threads under the ceiling and hung ribbons of crepe paper on them, we got good waves, and we also hung large fish from the ceiling. These were balloons to which I glued tails, eyes, mouth, fins. The idea and pattern were taken from the script Meeting with the Old Pirate. The Pisces turned out great, all colorful and large.
A wonderful decoration, in addition, they also had a secret, but more on that later. There was also a cool banana palm tree on the island. I bought it, but you can easily make it yourself.

And so the whole company, after dancing, loads onto the ship and sets off again. On the way, they are caught by a severe storm, a thunderstorm (to the appropriate music), the ship rocks, sharks swim (drawn fish), but everyone fearlessly gets to the palm island. We land carefully, in case there are snakes or wild animals... But, fortunately, the island is uninhabited. How hungry everyone was after the difficult journey! We should look for some food. What can you eat on the island? Mushrooms! You need to collect at least ten. Everything is collected in my basket - I count. Then they collected vegetables and shells. In each category, a coin was found and placed in a special chest. (The shells are real, the mushrooms are made of plasticine, the cucumbers and tomatoes are plastic toys.)

After that, they “found” a banana tree, and they had to jump up and pick the banana. The bananas were painted and held on with crepe ribbons, so they came off easily, but it was difficult to calculate the height, because... the children were different. One of the bananas also contained a coin.

After that we went fishing. Our apartment has stairs, so we fished from the top platform, and the fish were scattered on the steps. But in principle, as I planned to do before, you can simply catch fish from the sofa, and fish on the floor. I could draw fish, but we have a lot of different toy fish at home. I glued paper clips to them, and magnets to the fishing rods (ordinary sticks with threads), and the fishing turned out great!

Well, we've collected enough food, we can have a snack. We found a flower meadow (a coffee table covered with flowers and leaves) and laid out all the collected products on it: mushrooms, bananas, fish, shells. Then the most interesting thing happened - I took everything into the kitchen one by one and a minute later brought back the real thing: bananas, mushrooms (eggs with tomato caps - fly agaric mushrooms), fish crackers (adored by all children), shells (boiled pasta shells, I had such special large shells stuffed with cheese), vegetables. The highlight of the program were the boats - an egg with a sail made of cheese and peppers with sails made of sausage.

Everything was beautiful and colorful. It was a lot of fuss, but it was worth it! I am writing about everything in such detail because the children really liked it. I somehow think that children are quite indifferent to food. But here, firstly, they ate everything, and secondly, they liked the game itself: the transformation into the present, the plates that I cut out in the shape of shells, even the juice that they drank was not just juice - but water from a magical spring, which turns into juice when drunk through a straw. In general, there are many details here that should not be neglected.

After washing our hands in the Waterman's Cave, we moved on. Next up was Rainbow Balloon Island.

- a nice idea, although I didn’t have to use it. It was a balcony from which it was planned to blow large soap bubbles; there are special nozzles. But it started to rain, and we had to exclude this island.

Next on the course was Ghost Island

. They created twilight in the room, covered the children with multi-colored scarves and allowed them to jump on the bed. This was cool in itself, because they were happy to push and fall. But the point was that once on this island, everyone becomes ghosts, and you can get out of there if you solve all the riddles. (I also took riddles at Solnyshka). In the end, all the riddles were successfully guessed, and we moved on.

The next island was Lost and Found Island

. First we had to find 10 ships, which is easy in our house, so we found another coin. Then there was the game “Pig in a Bag” - you had to guess objects in a bag by touch (characteristic toys, a cube, a spoon, a clothespin, a ball, etc. + a coin). Then - cutting off gifts: two adults hold a rope to which bags are tied, children take turns, blindfolded, cutting off a gift for themselves. Because We had small children, so we simply caught the gifts with our hands, and I already cut them off. One of the gifts contained a coin.

Next was the Island of Fun

. Various competitive competitions were planned there, but we played just a little - just to get the rest of the coins, because... some of the children were already a little tired.

And then the fun began. All the coins have been collected, the letters make up the word “journey”, now you can go to the parrot, and not just walk, but run, since we have been looking for everything for so long and the pirates have probably already started to eat our cake! This brought additional excitement, and then everything happened quickly and fun. Here is a parrot sitting on a chest, everyone unanimously said to him: “Journey” and received the chest. But that is not all! The chest is closed, and now you need to look for the key. The key was hidden in the Merman's Cave (in the bathroom), there we glued a lot of multi-colored starfish (cut out of colored paper), under one of which the key was hidden.

The key was found instantly. And here it is, a joyful moment! The chest is open, and someone is already snatching the map of Treasure Island! Hooray! But what is it? This is not a map at all, but a new letter from evil pirates:

Ha ha ha! Your map was eaten by flying fish, and now you will never find our island!

What a misfortune!
We tried so hard, searched so hard, and now we were left without a cake! What do we do? But the children already guessed it themselves - we need to look for flying fish! This is where the pre-cooked fish balls came into play. Each of them contained a piece of a map, and you had to catch the fish, and then “rip open their belly” and get out the pieces of the map. I was afraid that the children would be afraid of the popping balloons, but it was a lot of fun. Everyone got a fish. The balloons burst, all the colorful stickers from them flew off in all directions, so it turned out to be a real fireworks display (you could also sprinkle confetti there). In the end, all the pieces were found, the map was assembled and glued together. The map was a combat one, flooded, scorched, as it should be. Here it is: Then we were already looking for the island. He was in the kitchen. We found a waterfall (sink), then a fire cave (oven), and on an ice rock (on the refrigerator) was our cake! And there was also a special cake, about our trip: You can use your favorite recipe as the base of the cake. Islands are pieces of sponge cake, sprinkled with sour cream and covered with chocolate glaze. The green “sea grass” along the sides and the blue sea are coconut shavings (shavings are poured into a small bag and a little food coloring is added). Fish are crackers. The ship is cut out of biscuit. Masts and cannons are cookie sticks. Sails are waffles. Of course, everyone liked the cake; the process of getting it out from under the ceiling was worth it. I once thought that everyone would want to eat the boat, but, as it turned out, everyone wanted to eat more fish (those same crackers), and the ship was the last thing that was eaten. Everyone probably felt sorry for him.

This is how our fun journey ended. To my horror, after all this fuss they simply forgot that they were supposed to put candles on the cake! That's how it got started. But in general, no one noticed this anymore.

Another 5 kopecks.

The event turned out to be powerful. But it was worth it. The children were very impressed and told everyone about the holiday. My child could only talk about this for a month! The most climax moment was at the end, as planned. All the coins have already been collected, and it seems that’s all, but it turns out - no, you still need to find a parrot, and then another key, and then also fish, then a map and then still look for a cake. Everyone was already looking for the cake in ecstasy. Overall, it was really great!

Carrying out all this was not easy. Even though so much has been written, the competitions themselves do not take much time and should not be tedious. The biggest problem is that children are difficult to organize - they all scatter in different directions and you need to be on guard all the time so as not to lose control. In addition, if the children were not trained in kindergarten (and we had exactly that), they are not used to obeying, and the new home has a lot of attraction for them. And if one leaves, then the rest follow him. Watching everything on the video later, it was noticeable that all the children were shouting their own things, and I was trying to out-shout everyone, answer everyone, resolve controversial issues, not forget that my child was still the birthday boy and at the same time not upset the others. And with all this, continue to follow the general line. So it’s not surprising that my voice broke.

I planned everything for a very long time and thought through how it would happen. This is important because during the holiday there is no time to finish anything. Literally everything should be at hand. He took it and gave it immediately. Even a small delay is significant: we were unwinding the fishing rods, and the children were already rushing to grab the fish with their hands, and even take them from each other. I had to “build” them, encourage them to be patient, etc. This takes the most effort and a lot of time. In such a situation, of course, you need a good assistant, because... The leader should deal only with children so as not to let them get out of control, otherwise they will immediately run away. And you need another person on hand to bring it, serve it, turn on the music, and, separately, take photographs. But overall, everything turned out great. I really enjoyed it too, despite the hassle. So, I advise everyone. Then only pleasant things remain in memory.

I put a lot of spiritual strength into this birthday, and I will be pleased if other mothers can take advantage of this to please their children. Good luck everyone!

(Cars and locomotive) Educator: You and I will go on a train journey. To the music “Merry Travellers”, children imitate the movement of a train in a circle. Educator: Our stop is the distant continent of Africa. It is very hot here, and various animals live in the African shrouds, completely different from those in our forest. Guys, do you know what animals live in Africa? Children list African animals. Educator: Let’s imagine a little and imagine that some animals began to live in houses. Listen to the riddle and determine who lives in which house. A giraffe, a crocodile and a hippopotamus live in different houses. The giraffe does not live in a red or blue house. The crocodile does not live in a red or green house. Guess which houses the animals live in: giraffe, crocodile and hippopotamus? Children work with handouts, arrange the animals according to logical reasoning (the giraffe lives in a green house, the crocodile in blue, and the hippopotamus in red). Educator: Well done! Let's continue our journey! (The song “We are going, going, going to distant lands” sounds) Educator: The next stop is the mainland of South America. This year, a large harvest of sugar apples was harvested in South America. Now they need to be moved. The teacher plays the game “Move the Apples!” Educator: Guys, now you will divide into two teams and stand in two ranks, each facing each other. The first ones standing in the ranks have a large basket with “apples” (balls). To the music, you will pass the ball to each other until the last one has the ball. He puts it in an empty basket next to him. The team that gets the balls into the empty basket the fastest wins. Attention! Let's start! Educator: Well done, guys! You have completed this task too! Let's relax a little and sing a funny song with you. Repeat the simple movements after me. I'm lying in the sun-o-o (raise my hands behind my head), I'm looking at the sun-o-o (hands up), Just me-o-o (hands on my chest) I'm still lying-o-o (hands behind my head) And I look at the sun (hands up). The crocodile-dil-dil swims (moves the arms as in breaststroke), the Rhinoceros-horn-horn walks (stomp their feet). Just me (hands on chest) I’m still lying (hands behind my head) And looking at the sun (hands up). Educator: And our journey continues! Tell me, on what continent is our country located? The next task is this: collect a picture and tell me what symbolic objects you got for our country. Children collect cut-out pictures depicting a birch tree, a balalaika, and a matryoshka doll. Educator: Guys, today our journey is coming to an end, but remember that you still have a lot to learn about different countries and continents. In memory of our fun journey, I want to give you medals.
